8x10 Archival Giclee Print - Green River
8x10 Archival Giclee Print - Green River
Celebrating 20 years of the artists photography (2002 to 2022). To mark the occasion, we’ve made exclusive 8x10 giclee prints of the best photos from every year. The collection has been carefully curated and selected for this retrospective. This is the first time these photos have been printed.
There will be one print made of each photo, making each one unique and rare. Prints are cataloged with an edition number along with a personal description of the photograph, camera used, year taken, location, and artists signature.
These are Giclee prints. This means that the image is printed with archival ink and paper to guarantee a life of over 100 years. A Giclee print ensures that the art is true to the artists dedicated vision for the intended final output.
Green River
Year Taken: March 12th, 2016
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Camera: iPhone 6
Edition: 2/2
What do you get when you mix green beer, a river, day drinking, Chicago, and some 20 something college kids? St. Patricks Day in the city of course. March is a real tease, you think winter is over but it’s still bone chillingly cold in the midwest. You wouldn’t know it by looking at all the drunk college kids with their shirts off admiring the green river, but I assure you, it’s cold. The cops definitely have their hands full on this day. Check out the police scanner this year and see what I mean. All of the insanity aside, it’s really a great tradition to experience…but maybe take it easy on the alcohol.
Details: Archival giclee print on smooth semi-gloss photographic paper.
Dimensions: 8x10 with .625 bright white border along the edges.
