“You Killed Me” appears on 2020’s “Blood and Sand.” An early track without art. We thought for a while on what imagery would fit the songs darker tone but still keep it fun and playful. In the recording studio, we have dolls of us that were created by Aleksandra Petrovic. At one point during a session, someone said….”VOODOO DOLLS!” I set up the photoshoot using Alex’s dolls and brought in Lizzy Zyburt as our hand model and the rest is digital history.
